      Pros

      Really interesting work and technology. Great peers and folks I work with. Very engineering focused. Arguably unbeatable WLB. A lot of internal mobility.

      Cons

      Good comp across the industry but less than FAANG. Some tech can be older but a lot of it is migrating to modern stack. Some cases people reward tenure rather than impact.

      good working envionroment and not much hierchy structure. sometimes pay for team event.

      Cons

      start at 8am. no breakfast and dinner besides snack.
