Pros
Great Benefits, Great people that work here, Amazing R&D team, Great Sales Work, If you come in with experience you will get pay very well. R&D, Sales, News, Trading Solutions, are considered income producing side of the company.
Cons
If you work in other departments you will get a lot less benefits, low pay and more micromanaged. Its like working in a completely different company. Upper management does not move, so you are better off moving to another company if you want to move around. When you do move up, your salary does not increase until end of year or sometimes not at all.
