      Pay is good Free food in every building Some very sharp people work there

      Cons

      Corporate culture does not seem to promote cross-departmental communication Open seating (no offices/cubicles) not for everyone They confuse "agility" with "lack of structure" Everything needed "right away" without much planning

      Pros

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
