      Your colleagues are great - you bond through the shared experiences and pressures

      Cons

      HR leadership in London is terrible. I’ve never seen a group of leaders so out of their depth. Pushed about by the business. People that have moved from other parts of the business who clearly lack expertise and calm decision making. Poor leadership skills and driven by self interest.
