      Pros

      The best reason to work at Bloomingpaws is obviously the animals that go there.

      Cons

      They are very busy, new employees often quit after just one shift because it is that stressful. The vet side of the company is very good, but the daycare side is not well-managed, with supervisors that are not friendly or helpful, yet expect new employees to somehow manage all of the duties. It is an extremely stressful, exhausting job, not worth it for such little pay. Would be a lot better if there was new management.

      Pros

      If you enjoy getting to interact with dogs, cats, and other animals, this job is heavily involved with them. From my experience, the job fluctuates between fast and slow paced. Schedules are published on a private employee Facebook group.

      Cons

      Management communicates poorly. There is such a high turnover rate that there is little training, you pretty much have to teach yourself the job.
