The co-founders are horrendous. Time and time again, they have made poor decisions and could care less about their employees. This may also be because the CEO treats the company as a part-time obligation and never fully understands the full scope of the issues at hand. Don't even dare try to call into question the decisions made by the co-founder, you'll likely be fired. Constant restructurings, poor (or no) communication, and no respect for employees.
