I have none to be honest . Best place I have worked meeting great people and met some great people who consider to be friends .

Hourly pay and Benefits are alright, Considering the location. The Jobs are just routine! and predictable! Same places, Same people, Same time, Same purpose.

The company is less about Restoration and More about Contracting/Out sourcing the actual work. The high turn over rate of technicians is Terrible, Due to the supervisors inability to maintain experienced workers. They're forced to rely on Temporary labor and Their National/Out of state employees to compensate. Their Equipment is not always reliable, Management is more invested in their office lunch on the company dime than they are investing into the technicians equipment.
