Pros
Despite the overwhelmingly negative experience, some staff members were a joy to work with. Their kindness, professionalism, and support provided rare moments of relief in an otherwise toxic environment.
Cons
My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. The work environment was deeply toxic, with bullying being not only ignored by management but actively perpetuated by them. Raising concerns achieved nothing—complaints were dismissed, and those who spoke up were treated even worse. The culture of sexism was undeniable; female employees’ opinions were routinely disregarded, and I was outright told that my input was less valuable simply because I was a woman. Instead of being respected for my role on the service desk, I was expected to perform menial, non-work-related tasks.
There was zero support for staff. Management displayed no concern for employee well-being, and instead of addressing the hostile work environment, they either turned a blind eye or contributed to the problem. Morale was nonexistent, with employees feeling undervalued, unheard, and disrespected on a daily basis.
To make matters even worse, the pay was absolutely disgraceful—insultingly low for the amount of work expected, making an already unbearable job feel even more demeaning. The lack of appreciation, rampant favoritism, and culture of intimidation made every day miserable.
If you have any self-respect, ambition, or desire to work in a professional and supportive environment, stay as far away from this place as possible. No job is worth this level of stress, mistreatment, and outright abuse.
