      Pros

      Super easy work, laid back atmosphere, snacks in the office, nice people.

      Cons

      No room for growth or professional development. Management won't give you extra work even if you ask for it. Schedule constantly shifting. Work is too simple and mind-numbing to require an undergrad degree for the position.
