As we grow as a company, we are always learning more about what works best, and are constantly adapting in order to maximize employee satisfaction across the company! We definitely do offer sick time/PTO/holiday pay for our Fulfillment Center employees, and I would reach out to your HR Manager if you have further questions about our benefits. We are currently working to redesign our benefits to offer better coverage, lower rates, and more options to our employees.
