Pros
Good company to work for, they are flexible with requests and listen to their staff when concerns are raised. Improvement to parking - the additional spaces are great, nice open dining area, frequent training sessions on destinations/products, 37.5hrs full time is great.
Cons
My main concerns are no a/c so hot in the summer and not an equal amount of fans - also very cold in winter. Also not a fan of the new kettles as people don't fill them and they take so long to heat up.
