Pros
I was the GM in Evansville for several years (2005-2016). I read a review from another GM from Evansville, so I am not sure who that is. However, Overall, It is a great company! Great pay, along with great employees (they better be- you hired them). You really do get tested on a daily basis, therefore, your management skills are met each day.. Over the years, the pay has increased so much, that employees are making the same- if not more than surrounding factory. You just have to get the employees in the door first. Never a dull moment in Evansville.
Cons
Turnover is very high! The Evansville location is between Evansville and Princeton, therefore, not too many employees will travel for a demanding job. THIS IS THE MOST DEMANDING JOB YOU WILL EVER HAVE! Several changes throughout the past 5 years have really hurt the company in hiring. Background checks, no tattoos, hair, piercings ,,,, the list goes on and on. On top of that, in the10 years at that location, the home office rep- NEVER- I mean never, had a position thing to say!
