Pros
1. Some department has inspiring leader, yet most of them now are resigning 2. overall coworker here is non-toxic altough doesnt build emmotional connection 3. if you're lucky, you'll get your boss who is visioner, skilled, and open minded. Altough it's not in all departments. Choose wisely.
Cons
1. I experience 2 completely different culture here. One is really positive, open for improvement and less on blaming culture. While on the other side mostly certain business or operations position are really close-minded and demanding without proper planning. Some functions are super bossy, arogant, and have close minded, only care with result to make higers up happy and doesn't really empathy with other funtion condition 2. low opportunity for professional career development, you need to wait for resignation or miracle to do so. People aspect is not well taken care off. 3. Comfort zone for "final destination" talent whith intention of small changes
