Pros
The concept for the business is a solid one but poorly executed. There were good people there who wanted to do the right thing and treated clients and employees with respect.
Cons
Sadly the CEO is not among the good ones. She's manipulative and conniving and ultimately doesn't care for the clients or any of her staff. All she cares about is her image and pride. This has been clear with every misguided step and decision that's she's made to drive the business into the ground and her people away. If you're an investor-- stay away or insist on the board replacing her.
