For Business Development function Blue Dart is a good company . The big brand name and the positive image helps for the sales people. Seniors are good and supportive. The work timings are not erratic. There is job security if you do well in your job.
Cons
6 days week Full day even on Saturdays Management lives in its own ego that they are the best service providers in the market and hence can charge any premium, There is no focus on Road Cargo as Mgmt thinks it is an Air company Advises and Suggestions are never taken from the junior mgmt Professional Growth is Quite slow and it takes years to get a Promotion
