Nothing is good about this company

1. It is a edtech company so when new project come they start hiring new students so they can make edtech courses once done they kick you. 2. No learning environment as a intern you expect to work on some real life project once you join they will say that you will get real life project at end of internship that's just a trap so you don't leave that company I was a intern with me there were other 5 intern all of us work on making ppt and word file basically edtech courses once the project was completed they kick all of us and also none of gpt opportunity to learn anything and not even got opportunity to work in real project 3. Hr and Ashish of you reading this you should know if you are hiring a intern before hiring tell them what exact work they have to do not just speak we do edtech work say we will give you ppt and word file work for rest of the internship once your internship is completed we will kick you as fast as possible. 4. Mindset of manger is that student from surat have no indepth knowledge so they underpay giving only 5000 per month stipend to intern. 5. Tight deadlines sageer if you are reading this before fixing the date with client ask manager when will they will about to complete there work don't just fix random date. You should know that you are responsible for delivery project that means you have to ask the person who is making project how much time they will take. 6. Stress as a intern you are expected to work on every Saturday sometime on Sunday too l. Before you join they will say only 5 day a week work life it just another lie you will basically work 7 day a week because of tight deadlines 7. If you hire data science intern do not give work of software engineer, project manager or any other job work. Infact when I was a intern me and other 5 intern have not got any opportunity to work in machine learning or deep learning we just make your ppt and word file slowly everyone internship completed and they started firing us. Note: Please do not join this company there is no learning environment you will just waste your time working here Tip: if you do not have any choice and have to join the company tell them you travel more than 45km daily for your job and get the travel allowance it will be extra 2000rs. Tips before joining: ask what will you work on and tell hr to print all the tips you will work on and get company sign if you get any other work you can show the proof that it's not my job. Also tell hr exactly what what you will work if she doesn't print anything related to making ppt and labs make sure do not make edtech course once you join just say no as you have proof what you will work on Additional tip: on your first day ask any intern secretly what are they currently working on so you will know what work you will get.
