      Pros

      People are kind and you get a ton of creative input. Your ideas are heard and used from the time you start a position. The ability to grow within a position is readily available as well.

      Cons

      The companies status is not so stable. Financially the company continuously wavers. There is potential for lay offs or shortened hours.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for individual creative input. You're able to see the production and creative process from start to finish because it's such a small company.

      Cons

      A company is only as organized as it's leader. The owner/creator of Blue Fish doesn't have good managerial or business strategy skills, but they attempt both, which creates a scattered and often toxic work environment over time.
