Clique-like behavior from management, you have to work more than one store, they over hire and then cut hours. The owners seem to be oblivious to the fact that their management is absolutely HORRIBLE. The entire place needs a revamp and some of the management need attitude adjustments. You're losing good employees because of bad management and lack of advancement.
