Pros
BlueForce hires people below the cost of living in Raleigh. The yearly raises do not keep up with inflation. This has created a situation where technicians quit at the 2-3 year point. There are very few people who began in aerospace composites with this company that remain here beyond 5 years. Since Anduril has taken over they now hire newbies at the cost of living directly. You will not be able to save money for the future here unless you come in at a high salary. You will get valuable experience in a lot of aspects and it’s good experience.

-Yearly reviews are aimed at what people did wrong to justify the low pay -Judgmental management -Inflation outpaces raises -Getting promoted to a new job title can net as little as 0.50$ an hour when the same job (moving to a new company) would net 5.00$ per hour more
