Pros
The pay was pretty solid, and for those who do not live in Chicago the remote aspect is nice. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing positive about this company.
Cons
There is no vision, no planning, no budget, a pending lawsuit, continuous layoffs, toxic management and zero advancement. Honestly I’d be surprised if the company is still standing at the end of 2025. Turnover is insane, and people are jumping ship left and right. Run!
