Pros

Given the size of the firm, I am able to get the owner's undivided attention regarding every aspect of the job. The owner has extensive experience in the IT staffing industry and is completely unselfish when it comes to sharing his knowledge. The team, although small work very well together, collaborate and will give you the shirt off their backs if you ask. I hear that's not always the case at other firms. The comp plan is excellent compared to other companies I interviewed at. I expect to blow it away

Cons

given the bandwidth of the firm and the relationships they have with their clients, there are not enough recruiters to handle the load.

Dedicated recruiters and management team. Eric truly cares so much about each and every one of his employees. Always looking for ways to better the business. Invests in the latest tools to promote success.

Cons

If you are looking for a large company feel with micro management, where you can blend in with the background, and follow a rule book to be successful, this is not the place for you!

Pros

Great place to learn and be mentored into the IT Staffing business. Management is always available to offer advice and assistance on any level. There is an abundance of information and tools for you to use to become successful which are always being updated with the newest technology. The office is extremely collaborative and everyone is there to offer their ideas when needed. I truly believe that management wants you to be successful and will go to great lengths to help make that happen for you.

Cons

Due to the low cubicles and the high noise level when everyone is on the phone, is does get very challenging to hear at times. You often have to leave the office and go into the hallway or another office with a door. Additionally, if you are looking for a 9-5 job this is not the right profession for you. The hours are long and you really need to put the time in to be successful.
