Pros

Great flexibility in work location, most of the staff are remote at any given time.

Cons

Rampant paranoia, narcissism, and back biting at the top level, coupled with a pretty consistent stream of layoffs, firings, and resignations makes this an incredibly toxic environment. The company used to be really supportive and socially conscious, but those times are gone. They let long-time employees go without any vacation or severance payout. They let hard-working, loyal employees go while they continue paying people who are in positions of power they don't know how to handle effectively. Think twice before you put your time, energy, and, especially, your financial future in these hands.

Pros

Tons of flexibility in terms of work location. Aggressive young company that keeps you learning and on your feet. Great for people who are EXTREMELY flexible when it comes to the hot-topic of the day. There is constant change and if you want experience moving and shaking, this is the atmosphere for you.

Cons

Very poor and inconsistent executive communication. Projects see never-ending scope creep which derails many efforts, regardless of measures put in place to mitigate such issues. The lack of trust among the leadership team is clear and pours over into other executives & middle management resulting in back-biting and a lack of camaraderie which trickles down further resulting in disillusioned and disconnected teams with a high employee churn rate.
