The team was one of the best to work with in my entire 18 year career in the industry.

Cons

I took on management of a 2nd prep kitchen and was refused a raise. Kim and Aaron fought me when i asked for a raise to meet the industry standard for that location, at that time. The owner, Aaron is a very quiet and judgmental person who comes from a lot of wealth and has absolutely nothing to be able to relate to with anyone living a normal life. They only hire family and friends in upper management positions and pay them more then they are worth. This causes them to significantly under pay their operators (the blood line of the business), and in turn have very high turn over rates, even for the restaurant industry. The biggest con is that there is absolutely no focus on elevating anyone on their pay role. They don't teach, they don't coach, and they definitely don't champion the ones that are actually responsible for their profits at the end of the day.
