Great Fam environment that helps you move up.

no cons that i experienced there. but im too chill.

A company that, especially at the local level, consistently values originality and experimentation and truly care to build community between cast, management, and crew. A truly amazing place to find passionate people who care deeply about the the show we put on every night.

Difficult to sustain momentum within broader Cirque ecosystem - the focus shifted away from sit down shows and didn't really fit their model.
