Growing fast - exactly what I want from a startup. Top notch team - really good yin-yang. Stocked kitchen, free swag, constant learning, top-of-the-line laptop, no jerks.

Management is very focused on helping employees succeed. The company culture is very cohesive and friendly. Employees have fun but also get tremendous experience and growth opportunities. The company's benefits package is also generous and above average, especially for a tech startup. People here are smart and willing to teach others so they can improve too.

Startup life is not for everyone. The company is fast-paced, very demanding, and expects good, accountable work. These may not be cons for everyone. But each employee is expected to wear many hats.
