      Full Commission is a bonus if willing to put in work and effort

      Cons

      Ask you to be self employed and no guarantee of income as it is 100% commission based. Fairly deceptive in transparency with the day rate for new employees as they say you can get £400-500 a week even if you don't make sales but don't specify that you have to reach the quota of 11 sales to reach that in your first week.

      dont entertain this work place its a waste of time. Fake website, zoom call webinar with multiple over people couldnt ask any question.

      Pros

      Great working environment, working hours and salary. Benefits are good and well structured. Have nice perks like using the gym in the building, outside pool in the summer.

      Cons

      It can be hectic and overwhelming at times but for me personally this is what keeps the job interesting.
