- allows for employees to come in and make a difference, a lot of processes internally are not made for larger enterprise scale, so a lot of work to be done by potential employees to help make difference
Cons
- company does not mimic cultural values, very skewed from what they promote - business decisions made up top by leaders who don’t know what’s happening at ground level causing wrong decision making - core support teams and a lot of the support functions are over worked leaving a lot of employees waiting days-weeks before responses, as well as causing poor employee morale - little promotion unless your making money for them - work multiple roles without recognition - not the same company culture it once was - fake job promotions for roles that aren’t approved - work your self to death for the company but little give back from the employer
