      Overall a bit chaotic, some people were very toxic, management was a bit lacklustre towards the end of my time there

      Pros

      work life balance -- they change their minds every 20min on what they want built so projects get canceled all of the time.

      Cons

      my average raise was 1-1.5%. absolutely pitiful while the company was bringing in record profits and inflation around 4-5%.
