      Everyone CARES they are the literal kindest people on the planet.

      Pros

      Good amount of PTO, pay is just above average for the area, occasional pizza.

      Cons

      Bad management, toxic culture, old boys club, HR always has pink slips on hand, cult environment, turnover has been high since Covid, a few employees run everything and have enough power to threaten your job.
