      There are companies people appreaciate even after leaving. Can't say the same for BRT - Highly political environment - No scope for learning. Company is a Startup riding on John Deere acquisition. Requires quick deliverables - Extremely biased management and leaders. Don't join if looking to build a career.

      Benefits and small teams to work with. Great mission

      Cons

      Lot of favoritism. You don’t get work done by having right skills on projects but only by knowing right people. No clear direction on any project
