Greedy and corrupt leadership - Engineer Blue River Technology Employee Review

I dont even remotely know where to start... the culture and people are suffering. Most problems come from the top who continue to rant about budget budget budget but also continue to promote and reward themselves and better yet, stuff their pocket$$$$$$. Our CHRO is nonexistent. Our HR department only cares about the business and only the business. Feedback and complaints are often ignored.. pointless promotions..no accountability..blatant favoritism..GREED runs this place. This is not the blue river that I used to know. STOP LYING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES. enough of the lip service!
