Pros

There are none at all

Cons

- there's a guy on YouTube that talks about his awful experience, you can Google it - they said it isn't door to door sales because you are only talking to people that already have AT&T but it is - their base pay is $26,000 per year, they say you can earn as much as you want with commission but that is no guarantee - they emphasize the "work hard play hard" and that their work is a family and great environment and you can go on all these trips and get all these rewards and bonuses - this is a red flag for a MLM company. - They will tell you you are a great fit and say a lot of things like "congratulations for getting another interview, not a lot of people get those" to make you want to work there - They say you can move up quickly and they want people to go into management positions but avoid the questions about how it's possible to do that because there shouldn't be an unlimited amount of managers. They say that you will "run your own office"

Pros

I have worked with BRG for around 2 years now. I met the owner through mutual friends who work there and they recommended I apply to work with them. The dynamic is so great and gives everyone the opportunity to advance in the company. The CEO, Alain, works very closely with us to make sure were hitting goals and learning to develop into management. I have learned so much since I started as an entry-level account manager. As for pay, it is a sales position. We get to make our commission plus bonuses. I was able to finally get an apartment downtown by work and a car since working at BRG. I am so grateful for my experience here. There is also team bonding outside of work which is alot of fun and gives everyone the chance to get to know each other outside of work and gives us a sense of community. There is also travel and networking opportunities that are alot of fun.

Cons

Can make alot of money but cannot make alot of excuses, work is completely reliant on you.
