Pros
I've worked for a few recruiting companies, and Blue Signal has by far the best business development I have ever seen. Despite being a small company, there are always high-quality job openings to recruit on, and the company is laser-focused on the wireless/telecom industry, instead of being all over the place like many industries are. The office has a relaxed culture and dress code, but everyone takes their job seriously and puts results first. All recruiters have the opportunity to go after their own clients, or just work on existing openings. On the marketing side, Blue Signal has a way better marketing process than most firms of its size. Management is very open to ideas on improving social media, job postings, and the website. We have a blog and several social media channels, and every job description that we receive from a client goes through a rigorous rewrite to attract the best candidates in the industry. The managers are results-focused but always make sure that employees are taken care of. I have never felt like "just another employee."
Cons
It can take a while to ramp up as a new recruiter, because nearly all of the openings are very targeted and senior-level. However, once you get going, you can easily make six figures.
