Thank you for leaving us a review of your experience. We're really pleased to hear you enjoyed your time with us and the experiences and opportunities our roles present. We aim to offer a benefits package which suits everyone, whilst the events we execute for brands such as Samsung are always designed to be both informative and engaging. It's great that you have highlighted that these things were part of your experience.
In terms of sales targets and KPIs, these are built with detailed analytics tools in order set them in the most accurate way possible. Occasionally contributing factors outside of our immediate control can have an impact on the targets. We're always open to hearing feedback so if people do feel they have a genuine reason as to why targets are unobtainable, they should speak to their line manager.
Thank you for also recognising the quality of management. The expectation for all managers in our business is to be skilled, approachable and fair.
