Pros
1. Project exposure for fresher and less Exp employees is good. 2. One of the best features of company is friendly and very co-operative colleagues
Cons
1. Appraisal hikes across company was mediocre to say the least 2. No timely appraisals. 3. Growth was stagnant because of scattered hierarchy 4. Managers were not pro-active.T hey were hardly involved in project crisis and did not participate in risk mitigation. If I compare all managers I worked across few companies, I can easily say BSIL had least guiding managers. 5. Favoritism was very much evident by growth of selected few.
