Great company to work for. Everyone works hard but has a lot of fun. The owner organizes great social events and company functions and has monthly activities organized by a chair in each of the offices. The office environment is casual and collaborative and management listens and accommodates employees.

The company is growing quickly and it is easy to get lost in the shuffle if you are not self motivated and work at a fast pace.

A good level of autonomy allowing you to take ownership of your projects.

Middle management is arrogant and lacks life experience. I replaced someone who wasn't up to the task and often time felt the sins of my predecessor were being applied to me by one manager in particular.
