Serious Leadership Failures and Growing Pains - Anonymous employee Blue Water Baltimore Employee Review

There's a reason why nearly half of Blue Water Baltimore's employees left in the span of two years (2020-2022). This organization has serious issues with leadership at the executive and board levels. Employees are grossly overworked and are punished if they don't meet the perfect expectations of their supervisors. There are no opportunities for advancement or training because of how small the organization is. Work-life balance is nearly non-existent. Out of all the non-profit jobs I've worked at, Blue Water Baltimore was the worst.
