Terrible Company - PM Blue Water Thinking Employee Review

Senior leadership don't communicate and are incompetent. No comms from leadership on company status, contracts won, even when DOGE cancelled contracts it was crickets. CEO is a veteran and won't even recognize Veterans Day. They don't care about their employees and is a "butts in seats" culture. They don't pay people what they are owed and they do not even give CoL raises to team members. Stay away.
