      Good chance that you’ll be able to stay forever if you keep your head down. Benefits are decent. The “lifers” are sincerely great co-workers.

      Cons

      Leadership is not leading and has not since the day their assault started 3 + years ago. Unethical practices at the top. Just leave already.
