      Benefits aren't the best, but good for the size of the firm. Would think it would continue to get better with how rapidly firm is growing

      Culture is very big here. Open door policy, mentoring program, leadership building opportunities.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
