      Pros

      Flexible schedule, relaxed atmosphere, strong team environment, great work/life balance for public accounting firm, fairly competitive compensation, 4 weeks PTO, exposure to lots of industry and clients throught out Indiana

      Cons

      Travel, slow upward movement(compared to other public accounting firms), bottleneck at mid-management level, lack of formal trainig, high deductible health insurance, environment does not encourage working mothers(no maternity leave)

      Culture is very big here. Open door policy, mentoring program, leadership building opportunities.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and opportunities for development. The people are great and I couldn't be happier. Lots of potential for career growth and development. The company is growing and still dedicated to remaining independent unlike many other firms selling to private equity and venture capitalists.

      Cons

      Some growing pains to be expected but everyone is working together to scale process and procedures.
