Chris and Glenn are very knowledgeable. They have been in the industry a long time and have built an excellent brokerage and have great relationships with lenders. Their rates are the best in the business and they supply ample leads so those who put in the work will succeed here! Some other great things about working here: Lots of opportunity to help the business in other ways, Owners are flexible about working hours, Always willing to teach, Fun Work Environment.

The location is a bit non traditional for a mortgage brokerage and parking isn't as easy to come by.

Programs that all mortgage companies use ( daily ) for originating are all integrated here at BlueBolt. This allows for greater automation so that we can focus more on helping clients and obtaining NEW business. I can't express how refreshing it is to work for a company that doesn’t fear technology but rather embraces it! Our Processor. He is the hardest working processor I have had the privilege to work within this industry. The last thing I will say is just the overall environment. Having an open door policy has been the one thing that has helped me grow the most as a loan officer. Having someone that is PRESENT and knowledgeable was something I have had difficulty finding in past companies.
