3 sick days a year. The CEO seems to think that's a gift. Really horribly managed company. Meeting that go on and on to decided very small points that the CEO has already made up his mind on. Enjoy sitting in on a 2 hour meeting with half the company to decide what color an icon should be? Thought not. Take a job here if you have zero prospects at getting a job anywhere else in this booming tech economy...

A great place to work where I am constantly being pushed and I am expanding my abilities and my talent. It is an office where you are expected to pull your part and not rely on others mollycoddling you along. Everyone here is really passionate about what they do.

There is no mollycoddling as I mentioned above, but the downside to that is that instructions are not always clear and can lead to disagreements.
