Pros
- Team is incredibly supportive throughout, for big deadlines and troubleshooting you can expect everyone to offer support and pitch in - Opportunity to work with A-list technology clients and see your work have huge impact for global audiences - Autonomous work environment, no micro-management, and a leadership team that wants to see everyone grow and achieve - Co-workers are humble, kind, and family-friendly - Hours are much better than typical agency environments, and flexible schedules/remote work is common - Projects vary greatly and not many projects here are "cookie cutter" - Business development is moving toward a focus on the software/high-tech sector and having lots of success there - Learn by doing mentality. New employees are sitting in on project meetings pretty much right away.
Cons
- Clients can be unreasonable at times when it comes to requirements/timeline. Leadership will jump in and help though. - This industry isn't for everyone, even if you are not by definition client-facing, you will likely interact with the client at some point
