Pros

Good Pay and Good Benefits, opportunities for advancement if you are with the in-crowd.

Cons

Lots of silent firing. The CSM team had 5 different managers over a 2 year period. The organization has NOT gone through any type of ADA compliance training, they do not know how to work with individuals with disabilities and actually have an individual in a top level role that criticized an employee with a speech impairment due to a Traumatic Brain Injury that happened while she was a BlueConic employee. BlueConic does not work well with those that do not fit in their cookie cutter profile of a perfect employee. People are afraid to speak up because if you disagree with management you disappear from the company.

Pros

- Generally good benefits (good insurance, PTO, etc) - People are generally really knowledgeable

Cons

- The product used to be cutting edge, but now hardly competes with newer competitors. There were some poor decisions made on the product roadmap years ago that will be difficult to overcome. The only thing keeping the company afloat is some big logos they landed years ago. - Leadership makes decisions in a vacuum. Leadership unilaterally revokes access to tools which are required to do your job. An example, they got rid of excel which is a requirement to use the Jebbit software they acquired in 2024 without talking to anyone. - Multiple rounds of layoffs. BlueConic is owned by Vista and only cares about turning the company for a profit. I would not recommend working here unless you literally have no other option. Even then, I would keep your resume up to date. - Because of the lack of growth, many competent employees are rightfully fleeing. They are left with several overachievers, but mostly employees who would struggle to get paid what they make at BlueConic for the amount of work that they do. It's not the place to be if you want to be surrounded by excellence.
