Pros
The company leadership put on lots of events and like to highlight things going on around the business and the people helping to make them possible (at least in Huntsville). And all the people I interact with regularly are awesome
Cons
401k, PTO, etc are all pretty standard but salaries, raises (3% COLA is all), and a lack of any kind of incentive structure or bonuses are all massive cons to me that have pushed me into looking for a new job. HR also seems unconcerned with retention and you have to really fight to get a decent raise or even a promotion.
