Pros
The environment is multicultural and international and you have the concrete opportunity to improve your language skills. Also, BlueLink gives you the chance to acquire a lot of skills in the air transport sector (such as Amadeus, customer service and communication competences, crm tools, ecc.).
Cons
The salary for some position is not competitive. Also, working on shifts can be really demanding. The softwares are extremely slow and not always efficient (when you are handling a customer request over the phone sometimes it can be even appalling).
