no benefits as a contract worker would like more feedback from manager/mentor

Lower level employees have heart and morals but unfortunately are consistently burnt out and misused by leadership.

CTO incompetent at making decisions to support employee growth. Leadership does not like to be challenged nor allows collaboration around solutioning. Back channeling by CTO that campaigns against employees to get them terminated without valid reasons under the guise of "at will". Leadership will make you think you are doing a good job only to blind side you without reason. High turnover with Health IT department. Not enough staff to support client projects or processes.
