Ok - Engineer BluePoint Controls Employee Review

BluePoint is an exciting company to work for - mature/stable with a startup feel. Managers and Partners are helpful, easy to talk to and learn from. There's a consistent influx of new projects from several different industries - it’s easy to find a project of interest and focus on areas for skill development. The small team workflow makes it easy to see the direct product of everyone's hard work. Benefits and work-life balance are also pretty good.

No real cons. The company is growing and work can sometimes be fast paced - maybe too fast for some.

Some of the entry-level coworkers were good people.

I experienced targeted harassment and a deeply unprofessional work environment. After raising concerns about the treatment I was receiving, I was quickly terminated. This is not a company that values fair treatment or its employees.
