Pros

I've worked at several ABA companies in the area, and BlueSprig is by far the best. There are a lot of problems with the field of ABA as a whole, but BlueSprig deals with them the best way I've yet to see. The salary for clinical supervisors is extremely favorable, especially compared to other local companies. The salary is partially incentive-based - there is a base salary but then an additional rate per hour for every billable hour. The case load is VERY reasonable. BlueSprig prioritizes their clinical supervisors seeing their clients at least once per week, rather than saddling them with 20+ clients that you only see once a month. The Bellevue team is AMAZING! Our office manager and clinical director are PHENOMENAL and we have a great team of BCBAs and tons of super solid technicians. I am so excited about where we're going!

Cons

The pay for technicians is not great, but again, this is an industry-wide problem. The pay for technicians at BlueSprig falls in the average range for ABA companies in the area.

Pros

- ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

Cons

- owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
